Membership Agreement
Our Terms and Conditions cover the following:

1. Membership Subscription
​
1.1 Subscription Plans: Olive Leaf Marketing, LLC offers monthly and yearly subscription options. The Member may select either a monthly or yearly subscription plan, as specified on the Olive Leaf Marketing's website.
​
1.2 Payment: By subscribing to Olive Leaf Marketing's service, the Member agrees to pay the applicable subscription fee based on the selected plan. Payment will be made through the methods provided by Olive Leaf Marketing, which may include credit cards, or other accepted payment methods. The Member authorizes Olive Leaf Marketing to charge the payment method on file for recurring subscription fees. The Member agrees to keep a valid credit card on file with Olive Leaf Marketing, LLC and authorizes Olive Leaf Marketing, LLC to charge the Membership Fee on a [Monthly/Yearly] basis. In the event of a declined payment, the Member must resolve the payment issue within five (5) days of notice. If not completed in time, this will result in the loss of access to the Membership Services. If the Member defaults on Membership Fee payments, the Member agrees that the full outstanding amount under this Agreement shall become due and payable and may be charged to the Member's credit card.

1.3 Renewal: Monthly subscriptions will renew automatically each month on the same date the subscription was started, and yearly subscriptions will renew automatically each year on the same day the subscription was started, unless the Member cancels the subscription in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.4 Cancellation: The Member may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation can be done through the Olive Leaf Marketing website or by contacting the Olive Leaf Marketing customer support team. No refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid.

1.5 Changes to Pricing:
Prices for all products and services are subject to change at the Company's sole discretion.

2. Use of Real Estate Social Media Templates
​
2.1 Access to Templates: During the subscription period, the Member will have access to Olive Leaf Marketing's library of real estate social media templates. The Member may download and use these templates for their real estate marketing needs.
​
2.2 Use Restrictions: The Member agrees not to resell, distribute, or sublicense any of the templates obtained through their subscription. Templates are for the Member's personal or business use only. Olive Leaf Marketing, LLC grants the Member a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-assignable right to access and use the Membership Services provided by the Company. The Member may not share login information or details with any other person.

2.3 Intellectual Property: All templates provided by Olive Leaf Marketing are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Member acknowledges and agrees that all rights, title, and interest in and to the templates remain the exclusive property of Olive Leaf Marketing.

3. Support and Updates
Olive Leaf Marketing provides customer support and routinely releases a new content calendar each month with new real estate social media templates. These updates and support services are included as part of the subscription.

4. Privacy and Data
Olive Leaf Marketing will handle the Member's personal and payment information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which can be found on the Olive Leaf Marketing website.

5. Termination
Olive Leaf Marketing may terminate or suspend the Member's subscription at its discretion, with or without cause. The Member may terminate their subscription at any time by following the cancellation process outlined in Section 1.4.

6. Limitation of Liability
Olive Leaf Marketing shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of the use of or inability to use the service.

7. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.
​
8. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Olive Leaf Marketing and the Member concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous understandings and agreements.

9. Amendments
Olive Leaf Marketing reserves the right modify this Agreement at their sole discretion without notification at any time.

By subscribing to Olive Leaf Marketing's membership plan, the Member acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
